Custom Orders

Because our products are handmade and custom-created specifically for you based on your specifications, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange. When you place a custom order, we work closely with you during the design and consultation process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

We encourage thorough communication throughout the creation process. We will provide updates and, when appropriate, images or samples to confirm that the work in progress aligns with your vision. Once you approve the design and we complete the item according to the agreed specifications, the sale is considered final.

Custom orders require significant time, materials, and craftsmanship tailored to your specific requirements. As such, deposits paid for custom work are non-refundable, and completed custom items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the nature of the defect or damage, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

To report a defective or damaged item, please provide photographs clearly showing the issue along with your order information. This helps us assess the situation and determine the best resolution. We may request that you return the item to us for inspection before we process a replacement or refund.

Please note that minor variations in handmade items, such as slight differences in color, texture, or size, are not considered defects. These natural variations are inherent to handcrafted products and contribute to their unique character.

Errors in Orders

If we make an error in your order, such as creating an item that does not match the agreed specifications or sending the wrong item, we will take full responsibility. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order to report any errors.

We will work with you to correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. This may involve creating a replacement item, making modifications to the existing item, or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances and your preferences.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a defective, damaged, or incorrectly made item, please contact us using the information provided at the end of this policy. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable.

Once we receive your return request, we will review the information and respond within two business days with instructions on how to proceed. If we approve your return, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and materials. You are responsible for safely packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within ten business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your financial institution before contacting us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer exchanges. Each item is created specifically for the customer who ordered it. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to create a suitable replacement.

If you wish to order a different item or make changes to your original order after it has been completed, this would be considered a new order and subject to our standard pricing and production timelines.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies depend on the stage of production:

Orders cancelled before we begin work may be eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or processing fees. Once we have started work on your custom item, cancellations may not be possible, or may be subject to fees to cover materials and labor already invested.

For orders that are significantly underway or completed, cancellations are generally not accepted, as the item has been created specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Care and Maintenance

To ensure the longevity of your handmade item, please follow any care instructions provided with your purchase. Proper care and maintenance are essential for preserving the quality and appearance of handcrafted goods.

Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this return policy. We are happy to provide guidance on caring for your item and may offer repair services for a fee if your item becomes damaged over time.

Time Limitations

All return requests must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances. We encourage you to inspect your item carefully upon receipt and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made items created according to your specifications that are not defective or incorrectly made. Personalized items with custom engraving, names, dates, or other specific personalization. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Items returned without prior authorization or after the return period has expired.

Shipping for Returns

If you are returning an item due to our error or a defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns that we approve, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provided the shipping label.

Inspection of Returns

When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue and ensure it meets the conditions for return outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these conditions or if the return was not properly authorized.
